Refund policy

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped or put into production.
If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please contact us at info@sylrastudio.com before returning any item to ensure it is sent to the correct address.


Notes

  • Custom or personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost

  • We do not charge any restocking fees


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)

  3. Contact your bank
